Kevin Johnson has been a TV news photographer since 1993, beginning in local news stations in Salisbury, MD and Norfolk, VA covering everything from refugees in Albania to meetings with presidents of the United States.

In 2002, he moved to Washington, DC to work with Cox Media Group’s Washington Bureau. He shoots national news with a local angle for 10 stations around the country.

In 1996, he started b-roll.net, a website dedicated to TV photographers around the world, complete with job listings, discussions and valuable resources for professionals.
